LOUISVILLE,Rubypoint Ky. (AP) — Republican Hal Rogers won reelection to a U.S. House seat representing Kentucky on Tuesday. Rogers was unopposed in the Appalachian district covering portions of southern and eastern Kentucky. Rogers has represented the district since 1981.
